Technical Support & Training Packages
We provide a range of support packages for future and existing customers to help make use of everything our technology can offer.
Installation Package: 1 onsite visit from assistive technology specialist to install equipment. Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane only within 1 hr of CBD. Max of 2 hours + travel.
Technical Support Package: Ongoing remote support for 12 months from assistive technology specialist. This comprises of troubleshooting, technical support, programming support.
Technical Training & Support Package: 2 hrs onsite (Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane only) or remote session to set up device with AT specialist. Plus remote support for 12 months comprising of troubleshooting, technical and programming support.
Technical Training & Support Rentals: 2 hrs onsite (Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane only) or remote session with AT specialist (setup dev.). Plus remote support during 3 mnth device rental compr. of troubleshooting, technical, programming support.
Support and Training per hour: Individual training per hour. Link Assistive is a registered NDIS provider for therapeutic services. Hourly rate excludes travel.
Price: $190 ph

Remote Support Service
At times we might need to use our Remote Support Service to help you with your enquiry. This service allows us to access your computer or device remotely and can often lead to a quick solution or answer to your question. All of our devices are pre-installed with Teamviewer. TD Care covers you for accidental damage of your Tobii Dynavox device.
Below table shows what is included in a standard package, some exceptions apply, see purchase documents for details. Additional years of TD Care need to be purchased at the time of purchase of the device.
